The observation unit is the managers of integrated yacht tourism destinations. Hypothesis testing used is Smart PLS (partial least square) to examine the series of relationships between latent variables in a limited population. The results show that niche marketing and co creation of experience are able to increase yacht tourism destinations, while co creation of experience has a greater role to improve destination competitiveness compared to niche marketing strategy. Path following control is one of the most proposed control scheme to achieve this objective. In this paper, the path following control, based on the Lyapunov stability approach, designed specifically for a bus, will be proposed and tested experimentally. The mathematical model of the bus kinematics and controller will be presented. The main concerns of the presentation will be the technical details of the path following control implementation such as the design of the system, the controller and actuator and also the data communication among all components.

This study uses a descriptive qualitative research approach, as measured by the Altman Z- Score, Springate and Zmijewski bankruptcy analysis methods. The population of this study is construction companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2016 to 2018. The sample is determined by the purposive sampling method, with a total sample of 12 companies from 17 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, so that the total observations in this study are 36 observations. Data collection techniques using the method of documentation through the site and based on information from the various media to find out the current condition of the sample company.

Auditors as people who play an important role in the audit process are often closely related to stressful conditions. The population in this study are all auditors in the Audit Board of Indonesia in East Nusa Tenggara Province counted to 86 auditors, while the sample of this study are 46 auditors. This study uses a simple regression analysis to analyze and test the hypothesis. The finding of this study shows that role conflict significantly affect auditors performance. The result of this study makes a contributions to the Audit Board of Indonesia in their employment selection. Long-term exposure of humans to phenol-contaminated water causes health problems such as anorexia, progressive weight loss, and liver disorders. This emphasizes the importance of addressing and reducing phenol contamination to safeguard human health. Various treatment methods have been applied, including filtration, reverse osmosis, and adsorption. Among these, adsorption is widely used due to its simplicity and cost-effectiveness, with activated carbon as the most commonly used adsorbent. This study comprehensively reviews previous studies on agricultural waste-based activated carbon (palm shell, candlenut, and rubber) for phenolic compound removal. It examines characterization data (BET, XRD, SEM-EDX, and FTIR) and adsorption performance, aiming to provide recommendations of the most promising biomass for developing efficient activated carbon.

The efforts in improving critical thinking skills are carried out by applying the problem-based learning model using “blended learning” method. Regression model developed in three models total debt, long term debt and short term debt. The results showed that in total debt and short term debt model are a partially bond yield has no effects on leverage while the company size and liquidity significantly negative affects on leverage. In long term debt model is a partially bond yield has positive effect on leverage, size has no effect on leverage, and liquidity has positive effect on leverage. The results of this study can identified that leverage pattern in line with short term debt. AbstractCost of Goods Manufactured is a very important thing to calculate the selling price and profit and loss of a company. This research helps PT ABC determine the Cost of Goods Manufactured which is more accurate to determine the right selling price with traditional methods and TDABC. The traditional method alocate the same value of direct and overhead labor costs for each product based on the number of units needed and provide less accurate calculations. The TDABC method provide more accurate direct labor and overhead costs by alocating the costs into each activity that has added value and the production process time for each type of product.
The results showed that the influence of Social Media Marketing through Instagram on the purchasing interest of the Fenomena Rakat Clothing product was 56,5%. Based on the results of partial hypothesis testing, obtained sub-variables Context and Communication, have a significant influence on Purchasing Interest. Besides, Collaboration and Connection have no significant influence on Purchasing Interest.

The village funds management gained obstacles because of the human resource capabilities limitation. This research was classified as qualitative research by using questionnaire and direct interview. The research result showed that the average level of education of village funds managers was about high school level, so that their financial awareness was also limited. The regulation and management of village funds were not visibly comprehended by managers so there were still obstructions occured in every village. A financial attitude with a cautious attitude in village funds management was very high.
